We had one group out on Slieve Gullion yesterday and it was a glorious day so lots of photographs!
We are so lucky to have this resource on our doorstep and as a group we continue to work to leave the hills cleaner than we find them… We collected 2 bags of litter but unfortunately, sleeping bags and a tent left on the top have blown into the lake and despite Margaret’s heroic efforts, were just too far out of reach for us to retrieve. We will be back out in 2 weeks and with the Gap O’ The North, Beer Garden now open for “after walk refreshments” it is beginning to feel like a return to normality is not far off. Watch this space….
